Purpose, lawfulness and storage period of the data.

The table below identifies the purpose of the processing of your personal data, that is, the reason why Semillas Fitó processes your personal data, the legal basis that allows the processing for the indicated purpose and the storage period of your data.

If you have given your consent for us to process your data for the purpose of managing your participation in future recruitment processes that fit your professional profile, for a maximum period of two (2) years from the date on which you provided said data (under the assumption that after that period, the information on your CV will be out of date).
To manage the request for information about Semillas Fitó products from the data subject.	Performance of the agreement derived from the completion of the contact form enabled for the purpose of requesting information about Semillas Fitó products.	Until you expressly inform us of your wish to stop receiving said information.
To manage the request for a visit to Semillas Fitó test crops from the data subject.	Performance of the agreement derived from the completion of the form enabled for the purpose of requesting a visit to Semillas Fitó test crops.	Until after the visit to the Semillas Fitó test crop.
To manage, where appropriate, your rights as a data subject.	The fulfilment of a legal obligation applicable to Semillas Fitó.	For the time necessary to resolve requests and/or claims.

If Semillas Fitó processes your personal data for a purpose other than that set out in the table above, Semillas Fitó will inform you prior to the processing for the purpose thereof and will provide you with any other additional information pertinent to the applicable legislation. Semillas Fitó will also request your consent if it is required as a justification of lawful processing.

Likewise, we inform you, that regardless of the aforementioned retention periods, we will store your data during the mandatory limitation periods in order to comply with our legal obligations, and for the management of our rights (to lodge or defend, where appropriate, a claim), applying also the provisions of the corporate regulations regarding documentation storage and retention periods.

Recipients of the data: assignees and data processors.

We inform you that your data will not be sent to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

Additionally, we inform you that, in certain cases, we may send your data to other entities (including companies of the Fitó Group), in their capacity as processors of data owned by Semillas Fitó. In accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the GDPR, a contract has been formalized that legitimizes the access of said entities to personal data and which also includes the obligations that must be fulfilled during the processing.

One of the data processors is the company BIZNEO SOLUTIONS, SL, owner of the platform used by Semillas Fitó to manage the staff recruitment processes.

International transfers

Semillas Fitó does not carry out any international transfers of your personal data.
Notwithstanding the above, access to your data by Data Processors may necessarily entail the international transfer of data which, in any case, will be carried out based on an adequacy decision (third country that guarantees an adequate level of protection) or through suitable safeguards (data protection clauses, binding corporate rules). This information is available to data subjects, who may request it by sending an e-mail to the contact address of the Data Protection Officer.

Rights of the data subject

Below we inform you that, in relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right:

To obtain confirmation as to whether, at Semillas Fitó, we are processing personal data concerning you.
To request access to or the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data and, where appropriate, the erasure of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you can:

Request the restriction of processing of your data in which case it will only be stored for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

Object to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your particular situation, in which case we will stop processing it, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defence of possible legal claims.

Receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us. In this regard, you can request that we transmit your personal data directly to the data controller you indicate in your communication, where this is technically possible.
Withdraw your consent, if you have provided your consent for a specific purpose. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

You can exercise your rights at any time, free of charge, by sending an e-mail to rgpd@semillasfito.com, digitally signed (electronic ID or other recognized certificate), or by letter addressed to SEMILLAS FITÓ, SAU, with address for the purposes of data protection processing, at calle Selva de Mar, núm. 111, 08019 Barcelona (Ref. GDPR). The content of your request must include: your name and surname; a photocopy of your national identity document, passport or other valid document that identifies you and, if necessary, the person who represents you, as well as the document or electronic instrument accrediting such representation; detail of the request and supporting documents thereof if necessary; address for notification purposes; and the date and signature.
